Do Follow, Keyword Luv & Top Commentor

This is a do follow and Keyword Luv blog. We are also running Top Commentor. Feel free to leave a relevant link back to your site. There are but a few rules. No adult material, swearing or hate speech. Posts that we deem inappropriate will be removed and your I.P address banned. We do not ask much, but please play by the rules. This is a tool to benefit everyone.
Please take a minute to at least read the post you are commenting on. You can not leave an intelligent reply if you do not at least take 30 seconds to read a post. It will be worth it.
With our keyword luv plug in you will be able to leave your anchor text in your reply field thereby giving you a much stronger backlink to your site.
PLEASE READ so your post turns out correctly. When you are commenting, in the name field of the form just put your name and then the @ sign. Everything after the @ sign will show up as click-able text (IE your anchor text). So if your site is www.yourdomain.com you would want to post in the name field of the form like this
you@yourname where “yourname” is the anchor text that you want to point back to your site. It can be anything you want it to say provided it is clean.
Then enter your email address on the next line and then your website on the next line. The site address you enter here is where the text from above will go to. Then post your comment and you are done.
Again, please don’t abuse this. You will only end up banned and ruin it for everyone else.

Awesome idea and thanks for the heads up. I have not seen this application before but will definitely be on the lookout for it. Do you have any ideas on how to find other sites like this?

Have you noticed an increase in the number of comments since installed KeywordLuv? I’ve been considering using it on a blog I own and need some honest feedback.

If you do install this plug in you will see an increase in comments. Of course you will get to monitor and control these as the site moderator but over time you will definitely see an increase. Good luck.

I also use these plugins on my blog and I’ve noticed an increase in number of comments but also an increase in spammy comments. Garbage comments like “thank you,very useful” “nice article” which i delete immediately,its obvious that they don’t even read the post before placing a comment.I really hate that.

Great to see you using Keyword Luv and Comment Luv plugins. I have been using them for a while and have had some good success with them. I hope you experience the same success.
Nice Blogger says he has got an increased number of spam comments. Me too, but Akismet seems to take care of all of them for me.

I’ve never even heard of Keyword Luv before, and just very recently read about the existence of dofollow and nofollow links. I guess I’ve got some researching to do.
Thanks for the ‘heads up’ on the plugin though. Think I’ll go install this on my own blog.
I was wondering if anyone had any issues with the search engines reading these links and not counting them. I have heard that as long as the do follow tags are enabled that the links would count just like anywhere else. Does anyone know if that is true?

You are correct in that the do follow has to be enable for the links to really count. Keep in mind that most blogs that use comment luv and keyword luv enable the do follow attribute as that is the whole point of using these plug ins in the first place. Good luck!
Thanks. I know that it can be quite difficult to handle a dofollow blog but you’re doing a great job for the dofollow community and for those who leave genuine comments. You do have the spam filter installed right? That can take out much of the spam and the very less would be left to do on your side with only moderating the human comments. I’m so glad to see that more and more blogs are adding the Keywordluv plug-in, Top Commenters and Do Follow! This is something that I use on several of my blogs, but you do have to watch out for spam comments. I think that many people do go back to a no follow blog because they don’t want to deal with the spam, but this plug-in is worth it for all of your readers.

By the way, KeywordLuv is amazing. I use it on all of my blogs and it really does increase the amount of REAL comments from readers, as there is an incentive for them to post.

I’m just learning about keywordluv and commentluv. I do not think I can use them on my blog because it is a blogspot blog but I have removed nofollow. Seems to be the best that I can do at the moment.

Has anyone had the same problem as I have with SeoQuake ?
After using it for a while, I gat a notice from Google stating the I am quering their site as a bot. I have to verify every time I try to search with Google.
The way around this annoyance is to change your IP. If you are using a dynamic IP all you have to do is cloan your IP then un-plug your modem and router. When you plug them back in, you will be assigned a new IP.

I do not use SEO quake. I use SEO Book which is a bit different but I have had that Google problem running a different type of software that was doing auto queries of Google. Evidently Google does not like being queried too much and they will block your IP if they think you are some type of bot. You just need to be careful as to how many times the quake software pings Google for info.

I just found out about the top commentator plugin, but had not heard of the keywordluv plugin. This is a pretty cool way to put the plugins to work together.
I am going to create a free links page on my blogs, and had planned on using the top commentators plugin. Now I’m going to put keywordluv with it also.

Thanks for making this available. I have been using KeywordLuv for a while as a way to create quality links to my sites and it can be very effective. Depending on the competitiveness of the niche, a few quality backlinks can be all you need to really climb in the rankings.

Keywordluv is a great tool. I have come to the point where I rarely leave a comment while surfing blogs if Keywordluv isn’t available. It communicates that the authors know their time is valuable and so is mine. Thanks for the luv!
I am using commission ritual now. been at it a couple of weeks and because I am a complete amateur was looking for explanation of how keywordluv, dofollow,and top commentator worked when i stumbled across this site. I did also add comment warning after reading about comment spammers which i had not ever heard of.

I am just beginning with Brian Johnson’s “Commission Ritual” and the use of Top Commentor, KeywordLuv, and Do Follow is a large part of the ranking ritual. I really like how you have your blog set up and the expanations of the blogging plug-ins is greatly appreciated. This wordpress setup has given me some good idea as far as how to set up by wordpress sites.

I love your post. Thanks. What I wanted to suggest to anyone looking for free backlinks is to search for “keyword” + “U Comment I Follow” in Google. It works really well, cause the webmasters want your blog comments, and you can put your keyword in your name link – everyone wins.

Its amazing to me how many ways you can go about investing your money. I’ve found for me that best solution is both risky and low risk stocks. I tend to put about half of my investments into low risk mutual funds that grow over time plus the other half in high risk high gain stocks. I recently got into day trading and I found that software stock picks are more reliable as they can automate a process that I cant do quickly enough. I do like both plugins how ever I think with all the new adds to wordpress. The top commenter no longer offers do follow. Atleast thats what my seo pluging for firefox says.
I’m glad to see more and more people are shifting toward dofollow. It definitely helps blogs grow as a community.
